NHS England Digital Weight Management Programme

NHS England Digital Weight Management Programme

This programme provides free online support to help you make healthier lifestyle changes. 
It offers practical guidance and motivation throughout your weight management journey.

You must have a referral from your general practitioner or pharmacist to take part in this programme. You must also be living with obesity and either type 2 diabetes or high 
blood pressure.


NHS Better Health

NHS Better Health

This free 12-week programme helps people to build healthy eating habits and become more active to lose weight as part of the NHS Better Health campaign. With practical tools and advice, it is a flexible way to start a weight loss journey at your pace.
